Job Description

Position Overview

As a Brand Manager Intern US, you will be the right-hand support to Jeremy Clédat, CEO of Welcome to the Jungle, and Alice Hagger, Chief Brand & Creative Officer, focusing on expanding our brand presence in the US market and internationally. This strategic role combines brand development, international expansion, and personal branding initiatives, offering unique exposure to C-level leadership and cross-continental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • US Market Brand Development

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on US job market trends, competitor landscape, and brand positioning opportunities

- Localization Strategy: Adapt global brand messaging and creative assets for US audiences while maintaining brand consistency

  • International Brand Expansion Support

- Cross-Market Coordination: Collaborate with Paris, New York and London teams to ensure cohesive international brand strategy

- Brand Guidelines Management: Ensure consistent brand application across the US Brand Team.

  • Strategic “Right Hand” to the CEO & Chief Brand & Creative Officer

Work closely with Jeremy Clédat and Alice Hagger on high-impact brand and communication initiatives.

Lead and execute the CEO’s personal branding strategy for the US: key messaging, media relations, public speaking, LinkedIn and social media presence, opinion pieces, and more.

  • Operational Excellence

- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of personal branding initiatives

- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and international teams

  • Required Experience

- Previous internship experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably with international exposure

- Demonstrated project management skills in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments

- Strong understanding of US market dynamics and cultural nuances

  • Core Competencies

- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

- Cultural Intelligence: Deep understanding of US business culture and communication styles

- Creative Thinking: Strong interest in design, brand culture, and creative strategy

- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and market expansion

- Adaptability: Comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts

  • Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with personal branding or executive communications

- Knowledge of US media landscape and industry networks

- Familiarity with HR tech or startup ecosystems

- Previous experience working with US-based teams or clients

Recruitment Process

Step 1️⃣ : You'll be contacted by Audrey, our Talent Acquisition Intern, for a 30-minute chat

Step 2️⃣ : You'll meet someone from your future team for a 45-minute discussion.

Step 3️⃣  : You will have one last 1-hour discussion.

💻 All interviews in our process are conducted remotely, and you'll be invited to meet the team at the office before joining us.

  • Salary: between 1200€ and 1400€ / month
