We’re scaling, and we’re looking for a Finance Controller to help drive our financial operations with structure, reliability, and insight.
🧾 About the Role
As our Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the operational aspects, while the Head of Finance will be in charge of the strategy. A proactive and collaborative attitude is appreciated to improve processes and increase efficiency.
You'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial operations — from budget tracking to revenue processes and monthly closings.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Finance and act as the go-to person for the day-to-day financial pulse of the company.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🎯 Controlling & Analysis
Track and analyze monthly budget vs actuals
Monitor costs by country, team, and business unit
Manage cost allocations (Cost centers, COGS vs OPEX)
📚 Accounting Coordination
Prepare and transmit accounting documents to external providers for our different entities
Review entries and justify key accounts
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
💰 Revenue Operations
Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process
Coordinate client billing and follow-up on payments
Ensure accurate revenue recognition
💳 Procure-to-Pay
Monitor supplier invoices and expense flows
Ensure budget alignment before spending
Handle supplier payments and expense reports
