📢 About the Role:

You'll lead the marketing function globally, with full accountability for pipeline generation alongside the Head of Sales and Country Manager across France, UK and Benelux.

What you'll inherit :

  • A clear pipeline math model with quarterly targets by geography and channel

  • A team of 3 direct reports (content/acquisition, activation/conversion, events) plus external agencies covering paid, SEO, PR and content in France and the UK.

  • OKRs aligned to company targets with measurable objectives per team member.

What you'll need to do :

  • Own the pipeline target with the sales team across France, UK and Benelux

  • Scale the inbound engine across geographies: SEO/GEO in French and English, paid search and social, webinars and nurturing. The FR inbound machine exists and converts. The UK inbound engine is at early stage, building it is one of your core challenges.

  • Scale the events channel alongside the Global Event Manage in your team

  • Run and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in both markets, with a clear ROI framework and budget allocation by channel and geography.

  • Test and open new acquisition channels to help the company scale in Europe

  • Make trade-off decisions on budget based on pipeline coverage and channel ROI. You'll manage a 7 figures marketing budget and be expected to reallocate actively as performance data comes in.

  • Build the brand engine: thought leadership, analyst relations (Fosway, Gartner) and PR as it will be a core next step to help the company grow further.

You

Must have:

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a pipeline-accountable role

  • Experience running demand generation across multiple geographies (ideally France + UK/international)

  • Hands-on with the full funnel: from SEO and paid to nurturing, events, and sales enablement

  • Fluent in French and English (daily working languages)

  • Comfortable managing a 7 figures budget and making trade-offs based on performance data

  • Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation + CRM)

  • Ability to coach your team

  • AI-fluency as we are transforming the way of working inside the company

Nice to have:

  • EdTech, HR Tech, or enterprise SaaS background

  • Experience in a company scaling from €15-20M to €30-50M ARR

  • Familiarity with analyst relations (Fosway, Gartner, etc.)

  • Experience building a marketing function in the UK market from early stage

Not what we're looking for:

  • A pure brand or communications profile without demand gen experience

  • Someone who needs a large team to execute (you'll have 4 direct reports + agencies)

  • A "strategy only" leader who doesn't get into the data and the tools

Reporting and team

Reports to: CEO (Arnaud Blachon) Direct reports: Content & acquisition manager, Activation & conversion manager, Global events manager, RevOps Dotted line: Product marketing manager (reports to CLO) Key partners: Head of Sales FR, UK Country Manager, external agencies (PR, paid, SEO, content)

Practicalities
  • Location: Paris. Hybrid, with regular presence expected

  • Regular travel to London (UK office and events)

  • Start date: as soon as possible

  • A structured transition with the current fractional CMO is planned to ensure continuity

Additional Information
