We are now looking for a Freelance Instructional Designer based in APAC to support client projects.
🎯 Responsibilities
Working closely with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams, you will contribute to the full learning content production cycle.
Instructional Design
Analyze existing client documentation and business processes
Identify user learning needs and propose pedagogical structures
Transform complex workflows into clear step-by-step learning experiences
Design interactive guides using the Lemon Learning platform
Content Production
Write structured, user-focused learning content
Adapt tone and complexity to different user audiences
Ensure clarity, consistency and pedagogical quality
Client Collaboration
Join selected client and prospect calls to understand business needs
Provide pedagogical recommendations
Contribute to continuous improvement of content standards
