Descriptif du poste

At Lemon Learning, we are redefining how companies onboard and engage with digital tools. Our AI and SaaS platform helps organizations accelerate adoption, reduce support costs, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As we scale globally, we are looking for a Global SaaS Sales Director — a strategic, growth-driven leader capable of building and executing a high-impact revenue strategy across our key regions (US, UK, Europe).

What you will lead

  • Manage and grow a high-performing international Sales organization

  • Define and execute our global go-to-market and revenue strategy.

  • Helps develop our AI strategy

  • Drive aggressive ARR growth through new business, upsell, and strategic partnerships.

  • Implement a strong data-driven sales culture (KPIs, pipeline health, CRM)

  • Coach and mentor the team to excellence.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Develop long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers.

  • Sign your own deals

  • Maintain a strong cold call culture

Profil recherché

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales leadership, ideally within an international scale-up.

  • Proven success scaling revenues across multiple markets.

  • Strong experience in complex B2B / Enterprise sales cycles.

  • Inspirational leader with a strong results mindset.

  • Fluent in English and French
